aDJToneProDuctionZ, is a production that specializes in music entertainment and provides music as follows: Oldies-but Goodies, Slow Jams, R&B, Hip-Hop rap Ol' skool-new skool, Top 40, club, dance, country, EDM, Latin, Reggae, Rock, etc.,. The purpose for this agreement is to provide music entertainment for a very special engagement.

 

Client engages the services of aDJToneProDuctionZ, for the following purposes:

MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY:

 

Compensation:

 

For local Services to be provided in the _________, New York Metropolitan area, client agrees to compensate aDJToneProDuctionZ, in the amount of $_______ per hour for a total of ____ hours of services rendered in performance of this contract.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  - Deposit/s is due ASAP to hold the date for your event and is non-refundable if cancelled.

Expenses:

 

Client also authorizes and agrees to pay aDJToneProDuctionZ, for the following expenses which may be incurred in the performance of the above-described services: Travel expenses such as airline, travel hotel accommodations, meals and any reasonable out of pocket expense.

Performance of Services:

 

It is understood that aDJToneProDuctionZ, shall perform the above-described services according to the productions methods, in accordance with Federal, State and local laws, and within the scope of authorization and cooperation as requested by client.

 

It is understood that aDJToneProDuctionZ, does not guarantee success or desired results from the services.  It is also understood that this contract places neither party under any obligation beyond the express terms as stated herein.  Client will hold aDJToneProDuctionZ, harmless from damages, losses, cost and expenses, including any attorney/legal fees, suffered or incurred in connection with or arising out of claims based on services provided to client. Client will be held responsible for any damages done to any property or music equipment of aDJToneProDuctionZ, during set-up and the contract hours that is no fault of aDJToneProDuctionZ.

 

aDJToneProDuctionZ, is an independent production and shall not be deemed an employee, agent or partner in any manner, of client.  This instrument contains the entire contract between both parties.  Any other expressions of agreements, which are not outlined in this device, are null and void.  Any amendment or modification of this agreement shall be in writing, duly executed by both parties, and appended to this document.
